Our teams attended a seminar in the heart of Chamonix. Staying at the Folie Douce hotel, our team and our partners from ADF Switzerland were able to develop their cohesion during workshops on team spirit, cohesion and sharing. There was a plenary meeting, workshops, an awards ceremony for our longest-serving employees (some of whom have been with us for over 25 years), followed by a festive evening at La Folie Douce. Our second day began with a hike and trail run for the more adventurous, led by Damien, one of our project managers. We all took the cable car up to discover the Grand Balcon Sud facing Mont Blanc. One of our employees was able to enjoy a joëlette to discover the hike carried by his colleagues. It was a wonderful moment of sharing and cohesion for our teams.
