1 - TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS
Crea-Design can carry out feasibility studies and technical diagnostics to assist its customers right from the start of their projects.
We also analyse the applicable planning regulations in order to define in advance the design possibilities and steer the conception in the right direction.
2 - ESTIMATES / BUDGETS COSTING
Alongside the initial studies, our quantity surveyors are able to do early budget estimates and draft programmes in order to help the customer in his decisions. When it comes to costing, we work with a focus on clarity and transparency, and are always ready to suggest relevant value engineering (technical and aesthetic) for our customers.
3 - DESIGN AND EXECUTION DRAWINGS
Crea-Design can quickly mobilise its design team to support the architect and the interior designer and ensure that technical details or regulation constraints are properly integrated in their design. The execution and summary plans are drawn up in-house to ensure perfect coordination between the various parties involved. Our trade experts work hand in hand with our drafters to combine the experience of the tool with the latest design technologies.
4 - SAMPLES / MOCK-UPS / MANUFACTURE
For each project, we present exhaustive sets of samples of the different materials used. If necessary, mock-ups are studied and manufactured before production begins. Our project managers ensure that the production process is respected by regularly visiting the factories to check the quality of manufacture and inspect dry lays.
5 - PROJECT AND SITE MANAGEMENT
Our project managers and site supervisors are based in our branches, so that they are as close as possible to our projects. The project manager is responsible for all the tasks on his site, which he is able to manage while respecting the budget, the quality and the programme established with the customer. Our teams have extensive experience of complex projects where communication, high standards and transparency are essential.
6 - HANDOVER / POST-HANDOVER SUPPORT
We are driven by our clients’ satisfaction and we will always support them during the life of their properties. During handover, we will make sure that testing and commissioning is extensively done, and we will resolve any remedial defects to get to the expected quality. When requested, we can also assist our customers with the fournitures and/ or installation of accessories and equipments, with a particular expertise in high-mountain logistics. We are present since more than 20 years on the territories we are implanted and we are providing long term assistance to all our clients.
